WEBCAMS
This is an optional service in the suite rooms where you can see your dog from your mobile phone or tablet two hours a day, usually from 19 to 21 hours in the suite room and 7 to 9, 13 to 15, 19 to 21 in the Master suite, which is when they will most likely be in the room, because most of the day they’re in the courtyard.
For mobile devices: smartphone Android/iPhone,tablets Android/iPad
- Smartphone- download gDMSS Lite (android) or Evoplus Lite (ios) from the store.
- Tablet-download Evoplus Lite (android) or Evoplus Lite (ios) from the store.
- Open the application and click at the left site at the top’s page, “device manager“, and “+“
- Set up as shown below:
- Type in “User” that we have given the full entry.
- Write to “password” what we have given the full entry.
- Press “Save” and “back” button on the left side at the top’s page and then click on “Live preview“, open the selection menu “Hotel Caní el Vilà” and select the assigned suite number, wait to load the image.
- If you get an error, quit app and log back in to repeat the last operation, you must leave the channels, choose the suite assigned.

IMPORTANT:
- The connection time is from 19:00 to 21:00 hours.
- For tablet devices can also download the app Evohd lite (android) o Evohd lite (ios) by giving you an error if the Evoplus.
- This service can be contracted from 3 nights of stay and cannot be alternate days.
